Oven light will not turn on, even when bulb is replaced

Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the light circuit.

• Check bulb: Confirm the replacement bulb is the correct type and is known good by testing in another fixture.
• Inspect socket: Look for corrosion or burn marks in the socket. Test for continuity and replace the socket if damaged.
• Door switch: Test the oven door switch for continuity when the door is open/closed. Replace if faulty.
• Control output: If socket and switch are good, the control board may not be sending power to the light. Replace the control if necessary.
