How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing any panels. For basic lock issues, power can remain on.
- Attempt to unlock: Press and hold the designated control lock key (often a key symbol) for 5–10 seconds. Refer to the Wolf use & care guide for your model.
- Clean the glass: Turn the unit off. Wipe the control area with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Do not use excessive water or spray directly on the panel.
- Power reset: Turn the breaker off for 5 minutes, then back on to reset the touch controller.
- Inspect for damage: If the panel is cracked or has signs of liquid intrusion, the touch assembly may be damaged and require replacement.
- Professional calibration: Some models require a calibration procedure after replacing the touch panel, which should be done by a Wolf technician.
