- Remove the ice bin and check for clumped or jammed ice blocking the ejector blades. Discard old ice and clear jams by hand (do not use sharp tools).
- Ensure the ice maker arm or on/off switch is in the ON position.
Module inspection:
- Remove the ice maker cover to access the module.
- Inspect wiring and connectors for corrosion or damage.
