How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Quick user checks:

Ensure vents at the back and top of the fridge compartment are not blocked by containers or packaging.
Verify that the temperature setting for the fridge is not set too warm.

Airflow components:

Press the fridge door switch and listen for the fan. If it does not run while the compressor is on, the fan motor may be faulty.
If you hear ice cracking or see frost around vents, unplug the unit and perform a full manual defrost to clear ice from ducts.
Access the air damper (usually at the top rear of the fridge) and check for obstruction or broken gears. Replace the damper if it does not move freely.
