How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off the water supply (if connected) before inspection.
Drain system:
- Remove the rear lower cover and inspect the drain pan for cracks or overflow. Replace if damaged.
- Check the defrost drain tube from the cabinet to the pan; ensure it is securely attached and not split.
