Display shows L1; controls may be locked and unresponsive

Safety: No internal work is required for basic unlocking.

Steps:

• 1. Try unlocking: Press and hold the lock or key symbol button for 3–5 seconds (refer to user manual). The L1 indicator should disappear.
• 2. Check buttons: If the panel does not respond, press each button firmly to ensure none are stuck. Wipe the panel with a soft, dry cloth.
• 3. Power reset: Unplug the fridge for 5 minutes, then reconnect and attempt to unlock again.
• 4. Panel replacement: If the lock cannot be cleared and buttons remain unresponsive, the control panel or touch board may be faulty and should be replaced.
