Poor Condenser Heat Rejection or Door Seal Loss
Refrigerator runs constantly and never cycles off, but temperatures are only slightly cool

Possible Causes
Dirty condenser coils, Failed condenser fan motor, Doors not sealing properly, Ambient temperature too high or unit installed too tight in cabinet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning coils or working near the compressor.
Steps:
- Clean condenser coils: Access the coils at the back or underneath. Use a coil brush and vacuum to remove dust and pet hair.
- Check condenser fan: Ensure the fan near the compressor runs whenever the compressor is on. Replace the fan motor if it does not run and wiring is intact.
- Inspect door gaskets: Close a sheet of paper in the door and pull it out. If it slides easily all around, the gasket may be worn or the door misaligned. Adjust hinges or replace gaskets.
- Provide ventilation: Ensure there is adequate clearance around the refrigerator per the installation manual. Move it slightly forward if tightly enclosed.
Note: After cleaning and adjustments, monitor temperatures for 24 hours.
