Water pooling inside the refrigerator under the crisper drawers

Safety first: Disconnect power before working inside the appliance.

• Remove drawers: Take out the crisper drawers and any glass shelf above them.
• Locate drain hole: At the back of the compartment, find the small drain opening or channel.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or flexible plastic strip to gently clear debris. Do not use sharp metal objects.
• Flush with warm water: Using a syringe or turkey baster, slowly flush warm water through the drain until it flows freely to the rear drain pan.
• Dry and reassemble: Wipe the area dry, reinstall shelves and drawers, and monitor for recurrence.
