Water dispenser not working (on plumbed models).

Safety first: Turn off the water supply and unplug the appliance before servicing the dispenser.

Steps to restore dispensing:

• 1. Confirm water supply: Check that the supply tap is open and the hose is not kinked.
• 2. Replace water filter: If fitted, replace the water filter according to the schedule or if flow is reduced.
• 3. Check for frozen line: If the fridge is very cold, the line in the door may be frozen. Raise the fridge temperature slightly and allow time to thaw.
• 4. Test dispenser switch: Press the lever and listen for a click and valve hum. If absent, the switch or control may be faulty.
• 5. Replace valve or switch: Replace the water inlet valve if it does not open when energized, or the dispenser switch if it does not actuate.
