Display shows an L or lock icon and buttons do not respond to presses.

Unlock procedure:

• Refer to the user manual for the exact key combination (commonly pressing and holding a specific button or two buttons together for 3–5 seconds).
• Hold the indicated button(s) until the lock icon disappears.

If controls remain unresponsive:

• Unplug the refrigerator for 5 minutes and plug it back in to reset the control.
• If buttons are physically stuck or the panel is cracked, the control panel may need replacement.
