Water leaking inside the refrigerator, pooling under crisper drawers or on the bottom of the fresh food compartment.

Access the drain:

• Unplug the refrigerator.
• Remove freezer shelves and the rear interior panel to expose the evaporator and drain trough.
• Look for ice buildup over the drain hole.

Clear the blockage:

• Use warm (not boiling) water in a turkey baster or squeeze bottle to flush the drain hole until water flows freely into the drain pan below.
• Remove any visible debris.

Check leveling:

• Ensure the refrigerator is slightly tilted back so doors close and water flows to the rear drain.
