Possible Causes
Front feet not adjusted,Uneven floor surface,Transport packaging left under unit,Refrigerator in contact with other furniture
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Use caution when tilting or moving the refrigerator. Do not lay it fully on its side.
Steps to stabilize:
- 1. Check for packaging: Ensure all shipping bolts, blocks, and tapes have been removed from underneath and behind the unit.
- 2. Level front-to-back and side-to-side: Adjust the front leveling feet until the fridge is stable and slightly tilted back so doors close by themselves.
- 3. Use shims if needed: On very uneven floors, place sturdy shims under feet to achieve stability.
- 4. Ensure clearance: Make sure the cabinet is not tightly wedged between counters or walls that can transmit vibration.
Note: Proper leveling also helps doors seal correctly and prevents hinge stress.
