Steps:

• Identify leak source: Check if water is dripping from the rear wall (defrost drain) or from the dispenser area/ceiling.
• Clear defrost drain: Remove freezer rear panel, locate the drain hole beneath the evaporator, and clear ice with warm (not boiling) water using a turkey baster or squeeze bottle. Do not use sharp tools.
• Check drain tube: From the rear of the unit, remove the lower panel and locate the drain tube leading to the drain pan. Ensure it is not clogged or kinked. Clean with warm water and a flexible brush if needed.
• Inspect dispenser lines: If water appears near the dispenser, remove the dispenser cover and inspect tubing for cracks or loose fittings. Replace damaged tubing.

Note: Persistent E13 after clearing drains and checking lines may indicate a sensor or control issue in the dispenser system, requiring professional service.
