Water leaking onto floor from front of refrigerator

Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator before working near electrical components. Use towels to prevent slipping.

Steps:

• Locate leak: Check if water is coming from under the doors or from the back.
• Clear defrost drain: Remove freezer rear panel, locate the drain hole, and flush with warm water until it flows freely to the drain pan.
• Inspect drain tube and pan: From the rear, ensure the drain tube is properly seated in the pan and not cracked. Check the pan for damage.
• Level unit: Make sure the fridge is slightly tilted back so water flows to the rear drain.
