Possible Causes

Faulty door switch or sensor, Misaligned door, Control board alarm input failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before adjusting switches or sensors.

Step 1 – Check door alignment:

  • Verify that doors close fully and gaskets make uniform contact.
  • Adjust leveling feet so the cabinet leans slightly back, helping doors close.

Step 2 – Test door switches/sensors:

  • Follow the procedure in E5 to test each door switch.
  • Replace any switch that does not change state when pressed.

Step 3 – Inspect wiring and board:

  • If switches are good, inspect wiring to the main board for damage.
  • Persistent E19 with good switches and wiring suggests a faulty main control board, which may need replacement.
