How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before adjusting switches or sensors.
Step 1 – Check door alignment:
- Verify that doors close fully and gaskets make uniform contact.
- Adjust leveling feet so the cabinet leans slightly back, helping doors close.
Step 2 – Test door switches/sensors:
- Follow the procedure in E5 to test each door switch.
- Replace any switch that does not change state when pressed.
Step 3 – Inspect wiring and board:
- If switches are good, inspect wiring to the main board for damage.
- Persistent E19 with good switches and wiring suggests a faulty main control board, which may need replacement.
