How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator and protect the floor from water.

Step 1 – Manually defrost:

Leave the door open and allow all ice to melt; place towels to absorb water.

Step 2 – Check air vents:

Ensure vents between freezer and refrigerator compartments are not blocked by food packages or ice.
