Ice cubes are small, hollow, or cloudy; Café refrigerator ice maker output is weak.

Safety first: Turn off the water supply before disconnecting any lines. Unplug the refrigerator if accessing the inlet valve.

• 1. Replace water filter: Install a new Café/GE filter and flush thoroughly.
• 2. Inspect supply line: Ensure the line behind the refrigerator is not kinked or crushed.
• 3. Check shutoff valve: Fully open the saddle or angle stop valve feeding the refrigerator.
• 4. Clean or replace inlet valve: Remove the water line at the valve and inspect the inlet screen for debris. If clogged or the valve does not open fully during a fill test, replace the valve.
