How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the appliance before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- 1. Power reset: Disconnect power for 10–15 minutes to allow the control to reset. Reconnect and test buttons.
- 2. Inspect connections: Remove the front control panel (usually clipped or screwed) and check the ribbon cable between the UI and main PCB. Reseat firmly.
- 3. Check for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or spills inside the panel. Dry gently if present.
- 4. Replace UI board: If still unresponsive, replace the CDA user interface PCB with a compatible part.
