• 2. Inspect door seals: Look for gaps or warped CDA door gaskets. Close a sheet of paper in the door; if it pulls out easily, the seal may be weak.
• 3. Temperature setting: Set the thermostat to a slightly warmer setting and monitor if the compressor cycles off.
• 4. Sensor/thermostat test: If the unit still runs constantly, the thermostat or NTC sensor may be misreading. Replace the relevant CDA thermostat or NTC sensor if faulty.
• 5. Professional check: If all above are OK, a refrigeration engineer can check for marginal refrigerant charge or compressor inefficiency.

Note: In very hot rooms, longer run times are normal, but the compressor should still cycle occasionally.
