Child Lock / Safety Lock Circuit Error
Display shows E19 and the refrigerator emits a continuous alarm, sometimes accompanied by a lock icon.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the refrigerator before removing the control panel.
- Attempt manual unlock: Press and hold the child lock button (or combination) for 3–5 seconds as indicated in the user manual.
- Clean panel surface: Wipe the touch area with a soft, dry cloth to remove moisture or residue.
- Inspect behind panel: Remove the panel and check for condensation or corrosion on the UI PCB. Dry gently if needed.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the touch panel and UI board.
- Replace UI board: If E19 persists and buttons do not respond correctly, replace the Cecotec UI/control panel PCB.
