How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the refrigerator and close the water supply valve before disconnecting water lines.
- Check filter: Replace the internal water filter with a Cecotec-compatible cartridge if flow is reduced.
- Inspect tubing: Look for kinks in the water line behind the refrigerator and straighten them.
- Defrost door line: If the dispenser line in the door is frozen, increase fridge temperature slightly and leave the door open for a short period (with unit unplugged) to thaw.
- Test dispenser switch: With power restored, press the dispenser lever and listen for the inlet valve click. If silent, the switch or control board may be faulty and require replacement.
