Water dispenser not working but ice maker still produces ice.

Safety first: Turn off water supply and unplug the refrigerator if removing panels.

• Check water filter: Replace the Electrolux water filter if it is older than 6 months or water flow is weak.
• Inspect line behind unit: Pull the refrigerator out and ensure the water line is not kinked.
• Test for frozen line: Remove the toe grille and disconnect the water line at the bottom of the freezer door. Press the dispenser lever. If water flows here, the line in the door is likely frozen.
• Thaw door line: Open the freezer door and allow it to warm slightly, or use a hair dryer on low, moving constantly along the door edge. Do not overheat the door.
