Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator and shut off water before working on the ice maker.

Steps:

Verify ice maker is on: Check the ice maker power switch or control panel setting to ensure it is enabled.
Inspect ice mold: Remove the ice bin and look at the ice mold. If it is empty and dry, water is not reaching the ice maker.
Check fill tube: Inspect the ice maker fill tube for ice blockage. Clear it by gently warming with a hair dryer on low.
Test water valve: The water inlet valve often has separate coils for dispenser and ice. If the ice coil is open or not energizing, replace the Etna water inlet valve assembly.
Replace ice maker module: If water fills but the ice maker does not cycle or eject ice, replace the Etna ice maker assembly.

Ice maker not making ice, but water dispenser works normally.
