Error code E14 appears and the refrigerator may not cool properly, with the condenser fan at the rear not running.

Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator before working at the rear. The condenser fan is near mains wiring and hot components.

Steps:

• 1. Access the fan: Remove the lower rear service panel to expose the compressor and condenser fan assembly.
• 2. Inspect for debris: Check for dust, plastic bags, or other debris blocking the fan blades. Remove any obstructions.
• 3. Spin the fan by hand: With power off, rotate the fan blade. It should move freely. If stiff or seized, the motor is likely faulty.
• 4. Electrical test: Disconnect the fan connector and measure motor resistance. An open circuit indicates a failed motor.
• 5. Replace the fan motor: Unscrew or unclip the fan motor from its bracket. Install a new Fagor-compatible condenser fan motor, ensuring correct wiring and blade orientation.
• 6. Control board check: If the new fan does not run and E14 persists, the main control board may not be supplying power to the fan and may require replacement by a technician.
