Possible Causes
Unit not leveled properly, Loose leveling feet, Refrigerator touching wall or cabinets, Missing or damaged rear rollers
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Be careful when tilting or moving the refrigerator. Do not tip it more than necessary.
Steps:
- 1. Level the unit: Use a spirit level on top of the refrigerator. Adjust the front leveling feet until the unit is level side-to-side and slightly tilted back.
- 2. Check clearances: Ensure there is adequate space between the refrigerator and adjacent walls or cabinets so it does not touch when vibrating.
- 3. Tighten feet: Lock the leveling feet so they do not move during operation.
- 4. Inspect rear rollers: If the unit rocks excessively, check that rear rollers are intact and properly supporting the cabinet.
