Steps:

• 1. Locate drain: In many Fagor models, the defrost drain is at the back of the freezer or behind a small cover at the bottom of the fridge section.
• 2. Clear ice and debris: Use warm (not boiling) water in a turkey baster or syringe to flush the drain hole. Repeat until water flows freely to the drip tray.
• 3. Clean drain tube: From the rear, remove the drain tube and clean it with warm water and a flexible brush. Reinstall securely.
• 4. Dry interior: Wipe up standing water and ensure the drain channel is clear.
• 5. Monitor: Over the next week, check for recurrence. If water returns, recheck for blockages or consider replacing the drain tube.
