Possible Causes
High room humidity, Door gasket leaking cold air, Door frequently opened, Anti-condensation heater not operating (on some models)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User checks:
- Reduce the frequency and duration of door openings.
- Ensure hot food is cooled before placing it in the fridge.
- Improve room ventilation to lower humidity.
Inspect door seals:
- Check for gaps between gasket and cabinet.
- Clean and reshape or replace the gasket if necessary.
Anti-condensation heater (if fitted):
- Some Finlux models have a heater around the door frame. If condensation is heavy around the frame, the heater may have failed.
- Heater replacement should be carried out by a technician due to its location and wiring.
