Possible Causes
Thermostat or sensor set too cold, Door gasket leaking, Frequent door openings, Air circulation restricted by overpacking
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Adjust settings and usage:
- Set the fridge temperature to around 4°C (medium setting).
- Avoid placing food directly against the rear wall where cold air enters.
- Do not overpack shelves; allow air to circulate.
Check door seal:
- Inspect and clean the gasket.
- Perform a paper test: close the door on a sheet of paper; if it pulls out easily, the seal may be weak and require adjustment or replacement.
Defrost: If heavy ice is present, unplug the fridge and allow it to defrost fully before restarting.
