Ice maker not producing ice (on Finlux models with built-in ice maker).

Safety first: Turn off the water supply and unplug the fridge before working on the ice maker or water lines.

Check water supply:

• Ensure the external water tap feeding the fridge is open.
• Inspect the water hose for kinks or damage.

Inspect inlet tube:

• Check the plastic tube entering the ice maker for ice blockage.
• If frozen, defrost by turning off the fridge and gently warming the tube with a cloth soaked in warm water.

Test inlet valve:

• Locate the water inlet valve at the rear bottom of the fridge.
• Check for leaks or damage.
• If the valve does not open when the ice maker calls for water (requires live testing by a professional), replace it with a Finlux-compatible valve.

Ice maker module: If water supply is good but no ice is produced, the ice maker assembly (motor, mold heater, or sensor) may be faulty and should be replaced as a complete Finlux ice maker unit.
