Refrigerator runs continuously and does not reach set temperature; both compartments warmer than normal.

Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning or accessing the rear components.

Clean condenser:

• Pull the fridge away from the wall.
• Locate the condenser coils at the rear or underneath.
• Use a soft brush and vacuum to remove dust and lint from the coils and surrounding area.

Check condenser fan (if fitted):

• Some Finlux models have a fan near the compressor to cool the condenser.
• Ensure the fan spins freely and is not obstructed by dust or debris.
• If the fan does not run when the compressor is on, replace the condenser fan motor.

Reposition appliance:

• Ensure at least the manufacturer-recommended clearance around the fridge for ventilation (typically 5–10 cm at sides and back).

If problem persists: Low refrigerant or a weak compressor can only be diagnosed and repaired by a certified refrigeration technician. Do not attempt to open the sealed system yourself.
