Condensation or water droplets forming on the exterior of the cabinet or around door seals.

Safety: Unplug the refrigerator before inspecting electrical heaters or wiring.

• Check door alignment: Ensure doors are level and close evenly. Adjust hinges if necessary.
• Inspect gaskets: Clean and inspect all door gaskets. Replace any that are torn or deformed.
• Humidity setting: Some Fisher & Paykel models have an energy saver or humidity control switch for the door mullion heater. In very humid environments, turn the heater ON to reduce condensation.
• Room conditions: Use a dehumidifier or improve ventilation in very humid kitchens.
• Heater failure: If condensation persists along the door mullion despite correct settings, the mullion heater strip may be faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
