• 1. Check child lock: Ensure dispenser lock is off.
• 2. Listen for motor: Press the ice paddle; if you hear a hum but no movement, the auger may be jammed. Remove the ice bin and clear clumped ice.
• 3. Inspect auger motor: With the bin removed, observe the auger drive when pressing the paddle (door switch closed). If it does not turn, test and replace the auger motor.
• 4. Door harness: On models with ice in the door, inspect the wiring harness at the bottom hinge for breaks. Repair or replace as needed.
