Display shows CL; controls may be locked and buttons unresponsive.

Safety First: No internal repair is needed to clear a normal control lock.

• 1. Unlock controls: Press and hold the Control Lock or Lock button for 3–5 seconds until the CL indicator turns off (refer to your model's control panel labeling).
• 2. Power reset: If CL remains and buttons do not respond, unplug the refrigerator for 5 minutes and try again.
• 3. UI replacement: If the lock indicator is stuck on and the button does not function, the user interface board may be defective and require replacement.
