Display shows Sb; refrigerator appears to be in Sabbath mode and some functions are disabled.

Safety First: No internal work is required for this condition.

• 1. Exit Sabbath mode: On most Frigidaire Professional refrigerators, press and hold the Freezer Down and Refrigerator Up buttons simultaneously for 5–10 seconds (or follow the exact instructions in your user manual) until Sb disappears.
• 2. Power reset: If Sb will not clear, unplug the refrigerator for 5 minutes and plug back in, then attempt to exit Sabbath mode again.
• 3. Check keypad: If certain buttons do not respond, the user interface keypad may be faulty and require replacement.
