Safety First: Turn off the water supply and unplug the refrigerator before servicing the ice maker.

• 1. Check ice maker power switch: Ensure the ice maker is turned on (switch or control setting).
• 2. Inspect ice mold: If the mold is empty and dry, the ice maker is not filling. If full of ice but not ejecting, the harvest motor may be failed.
• 3. Check fill tube: Inspect the plastic fill tube above the ice maker for ice blockage. Thaw gently with a hair dryer if frozen.
• 4. Test water valve: If the dispenser works but the ice maker does not fill, the ice maker side of the dual water inlet valve may be defective. Replace the valve assembly.
• 5. Replace ice maker: If the mold fills but does not eject ice, replace the complete ice maker assembly with a Frigidaire Professional‑compatible unit.
