Possible Causes
Unit not leveled, Loose leveling legs, Refrigerator touching wall or cabinets, Loose internal panels or shelves
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Use caution when tilting or moving the refrigerator; it is heavy and can tip.
- 1. Check clearance: Ensure there is at least the manufacturer‑recommended clearance at the sides, top, and back. Pull the unit slightly away from the wall.
- 2. Level the refrigerator: Adjust the front leveling legs so the unit is level side‑to‑side and slightly tilted back so doors close by themselves.
- 3. Tighten loose items: Remove and reseat shelves, bins, and drawers. Tighten any loose interior screws or brackets.
- 4. Add vibration pads: Place anti‑vibration pads under the front legs if floor resonance is an issue.
