• 3. Inspect air damper (fresh food): On models with a motorized damper, remove the cover and check if the damper door is stuck open. If it does not move when temperature is adjusted, the air damper assembly may need replacement.
• 4. Test thermistor: Measure resistance and compare to the chart. A shorted thermistor will read very low resistance and should be replaced.
• 5. Evaluate control board: If damper and thermistor are good but the compressor runs excessively, the main control board may have a stuck relay and require replacement.

After repair, monitor temperatures for 24 hours and adjust settings as needed.
