Possible Causes
Refrigerator NTC sensor out of calibration, Stuck relay on main control board, Incorrect temperature setting or supercool mode left on, Air damper stuck open
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Always disconnect power before accessing sensors or control boards.
Steps:
- 1. Check settings: Verify that the temperature is not set too low and that supercool or similar boost functions are turned off.
- 2. Allow stabilization: After large food loads or door left open, the unit may overcool temporarily. Allow 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize.
- 3. Inspect refrigerator sensor: If temperatures remain too low, test or replace the refrigerator compartment NTC sensor (see E01 entry).
- 4. Check damper: Ensure the air damper is not stuck fully open, allowing excessive freezer air into the fridge.
- 5. Control board: If sensors and damper are good but the compressor runs continuously, the main control board may have a stuck relay and should be replaced by a technician.
