LC usually indicates the control lock is active, not a hardware failure.

• Unlock controls: Press and hold the lock button (or lock + another key per your model) for 3–5 seconds until the LC indicator disappears.
• Check button function: If the lock will not toggle, the button may be stuck. Gently clean around the button with a soft cloth and mild cleaner.
• Power reset: Unplug the refrigerator for 2–3 minutes and restore power to clear any temporary glitches.
• UI board check: If the lock indicator remains on and buttons are unresponsive, the user interface board may be faulty and require replacement.
