Display shows E10 and the refrigerator may not cool properly, with both compartments warming.

Warning: The sealed refrigeration system contains high-pressure refrigerant. Do not cut or open any sealed lines. Only certified refrigeration technicians should service the sealed system.

• Check temperature settings: Verify that the set temperatures are correct and that the unit is not in demo or vacation mode.
• Inspect condenser and fan: Pull the fridge away from the wall, unplug it, and remove the rear lower panel. Clean dust from the condenser coil and ensure the condenser fan spins freely and runs when the compressor is on.
• Check door seals: Inspect door gaskets for gaps or damage that could cause warm air infiltration and overloading of the system.
• Observe frost pattern (advanced visual check): With panels removed and the unit running, a healthy evaporator should show an even frost pattern. A partial frost pattern or only a small section frosted may indicate low refrigerant or a restriction.
• Do not attempt refrigerant repairs yourself: If cleaning and basic checks do not restore cooling and E10 persists, contact a qualified Grundig service technician for sealed system diagnosis (leak detection, recharge, or component replacement).
