How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off water supply and unplug the refrigerator before accessing dispenser components.

Replace water filter: If fitted, replace the internal filter according to Grundig's schedule.
Check for frozen line: Feel the door area where the water line runs; if very cold, allow the door to warm by turning up fridge temperature temporarily or using gentle warm air.
Test dispenser switch: Remove the dispenser front cover and test the micro-switch for continuity when the lever is pressed. Replace if faulty.
Inspect lever mechanism: Ensure the lever moves freely and returns to rest position.
Restore water and power: Test dispenser operation after reassembly.
