Steps:

• 1. Check water supply: Ensure the saddle valve or shutoff valve to the refrigerator is fully open. Inspect the water line for kinks.
• 2. Test water dispenser (if equipped): If the dispenser does not work either, suspect the inlet valve or water supply. If the dispenser works but ice maker does not fill, the ice maker or its valve circuit may be faulty.
• 3. Inspect ice maker: Check for ice jams in the mold or ejector arm. Clear any obstructions.
• 4. Inlet valve test: With power disconnected, measure coil resistance on the Haier dual or triple water inlet valve. Replace the valve if a coil is open or if it does not open when energized (technician test).
• 5. Ice maker module: If water reaches the ice maker but it does not cycle or harvest, replace the ice maker assembly.
