Possible Causes
Tripped circuit breaker, Faulty wall outlet, Damaged power cord, Internal fuse or PCB power supply failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not attempt to bypass fuses or use damaged cords. Risk of shock and fire.
Steps:
- 1. Check outlet: Plug a lamp or tester into the same outlet to confirm power. Reset the circuit breaker if tripped.
- 2. Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. Replace the Haier power cord if damaged.
- 3. Try another outlet: Temporarily plug the refrigerator into a different known-good outlet (without extension cords) to rule out outlet issues.
- 4. Internal fuse/PCB: If the outlet and cord are good but the unit is dead, the internal fuse or main PCB power supply may have failed. Access the PCB and check for a blown fuse (if serviceable) and burned components. Replace the main control board if necessary.
