Possible Causes
Unit not level, Loose leveling feet, Refrigerant lines touching cabinet, Items vibrating on top of refrigerator
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Use caution when tilting or moving the refrigerator. Do not lay it fully on its side.
- 1. Level the unit: Adjust the front leveling feet so the refrigerator is slightly tilted back and does not rock when pushed at the corners.
- 2. Check contact points: Ensure the sides are not pressed tightly against cabinets. Leave a small gap.
- 3. Inspect rear tubing: At the back, gently bend any refrigerant lines away from the cabinet if they are touching and causing noise (do not kink the tubing).
- 4. Remove items from top: Take off any objects that may vibrate or rattle when the compressor runs.
