• Locate the drain hole at the bottom center of the trough.
• Use warm (not boiling) water to flush the drain until it flows freely into the drain pan under the unit.
• Use a flexible plastic drain brush or pipe cleaner to clear stubborn clogs.

Corrective action: If the drain repeatedly freezes, check for a missing or mispositioned drain heater and replace or adjust as needed.
