Steps:

• 1. Inspect gasket: Check the entire perimeter of the freezer door gasket for tears, gaps, or hardened sections. Close the door on a sheet of paper; if it pulls out easily, the seal is weak in that area.
• 2. Correct obstructions: Ensure shelves, baskets, or food packages are not preventing the door from closing fully.
• 3. Adjust hinges: If the door is sagging, adjust the hinges according to the IceKing manual so the door aligns squarely with the cabinet.
• 4. Replace gasket: If the gasket is damaged or permanently deformed, replace it with the correct IceKing freezer door gasket. Warm the new gasket with a hair dryer to help it seat properly.
• 5. Defrost: Manually defrost the freezer to remove existing ice, then monitor for recurrence.
