• 2. Inspect display connections: Remove the display fascia (usually clipped into the door or front panel). Check the ribbon cable or harness for secure seating and no corrosion.
• 3. Check door harness (if display in door): At the top or bottom hinge, inspect the flexible cable that runs through the hinge area. Look for broken or frayed wires.
• 4. Reseat connectors at main PCB: Access the main control board (often at the rear or top). Disconnect and reconnect the UI harness to ensure a solid connection.

When to call a technician: If wiring is intact and F06 persists, either the UI board or main PCB may need replacement and, in some models, configuration with Indesit service tools.
