High Humidity or Mullion Heater Issue
Condensation or moisture on the outside of the refrigerator cabinet or around door gaskets.

Possible Causes
High room humidity, Door gaskets not sealing, Mullion heater (if equipped) not operating, Doors opened frequently
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator if removing panels.
Reduce humidity and improve seals:
- Ensure doors are closing fully and gaskets are clean and intact.
- Use a dehumidifier in very humid environments.
- Limit door openings and duration.
- Check mullion heater (if applicable): Some Insignia French-door models have a heater in the center mullion. If condensation forms there, the heater circuit may be off or failed. Check the user settings for an energy saver mode that disables the heater and turn it off if condensation is present.
Note: Persistent heavy condensation may indicate a failed mullion heater or control issue requiring service.
