Possible Causes
Failed LED light module, Faulty door switch, Loose light wiring connector, Blown light driver on control board (if multiple lights out)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the refrigerator before replacing light modules.
Check door switch:
- Press the door switch by hand and see if any lights flicker on. If not, test or replace the Insignia door switch as described in the E6 scenario.
- Replace LED module: If only one light is out, remove its lens, disconnect the module, and install a new Insignia-compatible LED module.
- Check wiring: Ensure connectors are fully seated and not corroded.
Note: If all lights are out and switches and modules are good, the main control board's light circuit may be faulty and require replacement.
