• Inspect power cord: If the cord is cut or frayed, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
• Check main control board: If the outlet and cord are good but the unit is dead, the main control board's power supply may have failed. Access the board at the rear and look for burnt components.

Warning: Board-level power supply repairs involve dangerous voltages and should be performed only by trained technicians. In most cases, the entire Insignia main control board is replaced.
